The Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers Sunsational Fan Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Square One Concepts, Inc. d/b/a Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers (“Sponsor”). The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the National Basketball Association (NBA). The Phoenix Suns and NBA Properties, Inc. are not responsible for the administration of this Giveaway and are released from any and all liability related to the Giveaway.
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of Sponsor, the Phoenix Suns, NBA Properties, Inc., and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entity associated with the Giveaway are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
The Giveaway begins on December 23, 2025 and ends on February 28, 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.
During the Giveaway Period, eligible participants may enter by completing the official entry form available on the Giveaway landing page and submitting all required information. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
All winners will be chosen at random.

Secondary prize winners will be selected in three (3) separate random drawings, with five (5) secondary prize winners selected after each of the following dates:
Grand Prize Drawing: All eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period, including entries from each secondary prize drawing period, will be entered into one (1) final random drawing for the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize winner will be selected after February 11, 2026.
Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash redemption is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any prize becomes unavailable.
The approximate retail value of all prizes will be determined by Sponsor. Actual value may vary. Any difference between stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded.
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor. Winners will be notified via the contact information provided at entry. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within a reasonable time, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Giveaway constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, city and state of residence, and prize information for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation or notice.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, the Phoenix Suns, NBA Properties, Inc., and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy and will be used for purposes of administering the Giveaway. By entering the Giveaway, entrants expressly consent to receive marketing and promotional emails from Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers. Entrants may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in such emails or as otherwise provided by Sponsor. Information will not be sold or shared except as disclosed at the time of entry or as required to administer the Giveaway.
The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
A list of winners may be obtained by submitting a written request to Sponsor within thirty (30) days following the conclusion of the Giveaway Period.
